The Florida Department of Education, Office of Workforce Education, is sponsoring a satellite
teleconference from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM EST, on Friday, March 28, 2003. The purpose of
this teleconference is to highlight supplemental funding opportunities for eligible applicants for
2003-2004. The funding areas are

To effectively participate in the telecast, please remember to download copies of the Request for
Proposal and PowerPoint presentation from the Office of Workforce Education website at
<www.firn.edu/doe/workforce/index.html>. Questions may be forwarded prior to or during the
telecast. Questions submitted prior to the telecast should be submitted to
<ike.gibson@fldoe.org> by 5:00 PM, March 26, 2003. As an added convenience, you will also
have an opportunity to fax or phone in questions during the telecast. Fax and telephone numbers
will be provided at the start of the teleconference.
If you are unable to view the satellite teleconference on the scheduled date, contact Dr. Ike
